I can't believe I finished 3 dramas in 3 days. I guess that's what you call an addiction. Anyway, this is unhealthy. I need to stop. My addiction to kdramas/tv series needs to stop, because once I start to watch one, I become obsessed with it that I want to know more about the actors/actresses and I always have this urge to finish it immediately, even if it means I have to stay up until the whole thing is finished. I know, crazy right? Ugh. I don't want to be like this. I watched 3 consecutive dramas, so I haven't got any proper sleep, I feel weak and I may have developed insomnia.
Anyway, I don't want this "addiction" to overrule me and suck up all my energy. Im a Psych major, I should know that any kind of addiction is bad. So even if my whole body is itching to watch another one, I have to at least eliminate or restrain this urge for a while and learn to be comfortable without it.
I won't be an obsessed-drama-maniac (its so unhealthy). Help me overcome this addiction. Heeeelp meeeeeeeeee!
